The Only Guest House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from Weymouth seafront. All the staff are family members and are dedicated to making your stay a pleasurable one, we want you to return again and again.

There are no shared bathrooms, all rooms are en-suite. The rooms are supplied with tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hair drier, iron and ironing board and free WiFi.

Breakfast is normally served between 8.00 and 9.30, early breakfast available by special request. No evening meals served, but we do provide a selection of sandwiches, cakes and beverages between 4.00 and 5.00 in the afternoon.
